From marvinchao at hotmail.com Fri Apr 1 17:57:57 2005 From: marvinchao at hotmail.com (Chun-Haur Chao) Date: Fri Apr 1 17:54:04 2005 Subject: [Wd_general] Lilo boot up issue Message-ID: Hi, I have a PC104 from Kontron. Recently I got a 512MB CF card from Kingston and CF to IDE adaptor. But when I try to install WD on the CF disk, a lot of errors like /tmp/... does not exist pop up. So I try to use my PC to install WD. Everything works perfect and the lilo works fine. But when I try to use the installed system back to my PC104, what I can see on monitor is just like "L 01 01 01 01 01 ..........". I try to install debian and boot up with GRUB on the same hardware, nothings goes wrong. So I guess it's the lilo thing. I just want to know how to fix this bug. Can anybody give me any clue on that? thanks. _________________________________________________________________ Don’t just search. Find. Really the 32 MB Flash Disk was full while installation and the glibc package installation was not correct finished. I used a larger disk and all works well. Thanks for your help.
