I am wondering if folks still plan on going out for the Falls lake swim
today at 6pm despite it being a holiday. I don't want to be the only one to

The Cary Community Foundation with will staging a triathlon on the SAS Campus on Saturday September 8, 2007.    "All proceeds will benefit the Cary Community Foundation and its effort to pool resources for non-profit organizations that serve our community.  Proceeds will be endowed and disbursed through annual grants."

This event is open to all ages and skill levels to race a
Short:  50 yd swim, 3 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
Intermediate: 100 yd swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
Long: 250 yard swim, 9 mile bike, 3 mile run
Family Relay: 100 yd swim, 6 mile bike, 2 mile run
Competitive Relay: 250 yard swim, 9 mile bike, 3 mile run
Entry fee: $50
