By the way, I just wanted to let you know that I will be teaching a 90-minute indoor endurance ride called Cyclone at Gold's Gym at Six Forks. This will not be a typical Spinning class. Instead, we'll focus on technique and developing a solid cardiovascular base for the competitive season ahead. This is a great class for novice and veteran triathletes. Each class is limited to 14 riders, and I suspect these classes will fill quickly. If anyone on your team is interested in attending, you do not need to be a Gold's Gym member. I'm opening registration at the beginning of next week, but I thought you might appreciate an early bid. The cost for each class is $25 for non-members. Any interested in attending can give me a call or e-mail me and I'll get them on the list for any one of the following dates: Saturday February 3rd 1:00-2:30 pm Saturday, February 17th 1:00-2:30 pm Saturday, March 3rd 1:00-2:30 pm Saturday, March 17th 1:00-2:30 pm If you know of anyone else that might have an interest in attending this one-of-a-kind class, feel free to forward this e-mail or give them the WindSpeed contact info. Cyclone training class at Gold's gym is not free for members of Gold's Gym, it is discounted by $5. See below for details. Here are a few important details about the Cyclone class: ? Cyclone will NOT be a typical Spinning class. We'll do our best to replicate a structured outdoor ride indoors. We will be emphasizing technique as well as developing a solid cardiovascular base through low-moderate training strategies. This is a great class for novice and veteran cyclists, but also for anyone seeking an invigorating challenge. One more important note: we are going to focus a lot on having FUN! ? The cost per class for Gold's Gym members and active WindSpeed athletes is $20. Non Gold's Gym members are most welcome also. Their cost is $25 per class. ? Invoices will be sent out via e-mail to all participants registered for that week's Cyclone class. Please remit payment before you attend the class. At that time, you will have several payment options, including secure online payment with Paypal. Of course, you can also bring your payment with you to class. Please understand that you will not be allowed entrance into this class unless payment is received. ? If you need to cancel your spot, please notify WindSpeed Endurance Training as soon as possible so that we can open that spot to others. No shows will still be held accountable for payment. ? This class will not be ultra-intense, but it will be long in duration. Be prepared to sweat! Please bring ample water and/or sports drinks with you. Proper pre-hydration is certainly encouraged. Cyclone will take place on Saturday 2/3, 2/17, 3/3, and 3/17 from 1:00-2:30 pm. If you are interested in registering for Cyclone, please indicate which date(s) and also provide me the following important information: ? Full name ? E-mail address ? Mailing address ?
